Bring your gear to Coast Outdoors on Friday, Nov 13 (10am – 6pm) or Saturday morning, Nov 14 (8am – 10am). Every drop off fee goes to the UBC Nordic Ski Team.

80% Cash Back - 20% UBC Donation

The UBC Nordic Ski Team sells your gear in store on Saturday, Nov 14 from 10am to 1pm. 20% of the sale supports the team, and you get 80% back by e-transfer within a week - or take 100% of it as a store credit.

Coast Outdoors & UBC Nordic Ski Team reserves the right to decline any item at drop-off.

SELLER DROP OFF

Bring your gear clean and ready to sell on Friday or Saturday.
It's $5 per item at drop-off, and every dollar goes to the UBC Nordic Ski Team.

SWAP DAY - GETTING INVOLVED

The UBC Nordic Ski Team sells gear in our store, so come early for the best selection.
Try on boots, find your setup and pay at the Coast till.

Saturday, November 14: 10am – 1pm

SELLER PICK UP

Pick up anything that didn't sell before 3pm on Saturday.
Cash back is sent by e-transfer within one week of the swap.

Saturday, November 14: 1pm – 3pm

Unclaimed gear after 3pm is donated to the UBC Nordic Ski Team.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All equipment is left at your own risk. Coast Outdoors and the UBC Nordic Ski Team are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged equipment.

  • All unsold equipment must be picked up no later than 3:00 pm on Saturday, November 14.

  • Any equipment not picked up by the deadline is considered a donation to the UBC Nordic Ski Team.

  • A $5 drop-off fee per item applies, donated to the UBC Nordic Ski Team.

  • A 20% commission applies to all swap sales, donated to the UBC Nordic Ski Team (less processing fees).

  • Sold equipment is paid out at 80% cash-back or 100% store credit. Cash-back is paid by e-transfer within one week of the swap.

  • All swap sales are subject to GST and PST.
